These Terms govern your use of 86websites ("we," "us," or "our") and the website design, hosting, and maintenance service we provide. By requesting a mockup or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
We design, build, host, and maintain a custom website for your business. Your subscription includes hosting and unlimited changes — you can ask us to update your site as often as you like, and we'll make the changes as part of the service.
We'll design a free mockup of your website with no upfront cost and no obligation. You only decide to move forward and pay if you're happy with it. If you don't love it, you owe us nothing.
Our service is a flat $149 per month. There's no setup fee and no tiers. Billing begins once you approve your site and choose to go live, and continues monthly until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time, at no charge. There's no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, billing stops and we stop hosting and maintaining your site at the end of your current billing period.
You're responsible for providing the materials we need (text, images, logos, etc.) and for making sure you have the right to use them. You confirm that anything you give us doesn't infringe anyone else's rights and that your business and site content are lawful.
The content you provide — your logo, text, images, and brand — remains yours. The website we build and host is provided for your use for as long as you're a subscriber. The underlying build, code, and design system we use to create and host sites remain our property and are not transferred to you if you cancel.
We work to keep your site online and running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Hosting depends on providers and factors outside our control, and occasional downtime or maintenance may occur.
You agree not to use our service for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that violates others' rights. We may decline or discontinue service for sites that do.
Our service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
